A Santa Barbara inspired multifamily community at Northwestern Drive and San Felipe Drive.
For nearly 80 years, Hunt has shaped El Paso, and Cimarron is the clearest expression of that legacy: 1,800 acres in the foothills of the Franklin Mountains, planned with a discipline and character few communities in Texas can match.
We have an offer on the land at Northwestern Drive and San Felipe Drive, and we don't take lightly what it means to build inside the gateway of this community. Our concept is designed to meet Cimarron's standard: architecture that belongs to the mountain, amenities that reward residents, and an El Paso based team accountable to this city long after lease-up.
Anchored by The Hospitals of Providence Transmountain, EPCC Northwest, and direct Loop 375 access to I-10.
"Architecture that belongs to the mountain."
Hand-laid stone arcades, warm stucco, wrought-iron balconies and terracotta tile. A timeless Spanish-Mediterranean vernacular that already defines Cimarron's finest addresses.
Buildings are set to frame the Franklin Mountains, not block them. View corridors run through the site, and native desert planting (agave, bougainvillea, olive and palm) keeps the landscape rooted in the region while green paseos soften every walk home.
Extends the Santa Barbara character Hunt established at Las Mansiones. One coherent gateway, not a patchwork.
Internal paseos and walkways carry the spirit of Cimarron's seven-mile trail network into the heart of the site.
Resort amenities, elevated finishes and garden-scale living on par with the community's best addresses.
An El Paso based developer, architect and builder, invested in this community's success for decades rather than a cycle.
A full amenity core at the center of the site, the social heart of the community.
Covered stone walkways and landscaped paths connect every building to the green.
Intimate garden courtyards between buildings bring light, air and privacy.
Open play lawns and seating groves designed for families, neighbors and pets.
Developer, architect and builder, all rooted in the Borderplex and all accountable here.

Ascent Holdings acquires, develops and operates multifamily assets alongside synergistic operating businesses and alternative investments. Founded and led by Jordan Furman, the platform has taken two Class A garden-style communities from ground-up development through lease-up in the El Paso market.
Alvidrez Architecture has shaped West Texas for more than 40 years as a locally owned, El Paso based firm. Their work is guided by a simple belief: enduring architecture transcends trends, responding to the desert climate, culture and history of the region.
Their housing experience spans multifamily, military, affordable and single-family communities, backed by a dedicated design studio with 100% project focus on housing for this assignment. Trusted by the region's most demanding clients, including the City of El Paso, UTEP, Texas Tech Health Sciences Center, EPCC, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Department of Defense.
Sadova is an El Paso general contractor whose leadership has planned, bought out and delivered more than $550 million of ground-up and renovation work across the region, including schools, stadiums and residential communities, much of it as CM-at-Risk for the area's most exacting public owners.
Willy Gonzalez, VP of Development and Construction and Partner, brings 15+ years leading preconstruction through closeout. The field team is anchored by superintendent Jorge Nunez, a dedicated multifamily builder, with degreed project engineers Melissa Gonzalez Bolivar and Dorian Valdez.
